This course covers the main aspects of project management such as scheduling and linking tasks, determining task relationships, allocating resources, entering milestones, assigning costs and charting. This course is taught using Microsoft Project 2007.

Prerequisites

Age prerequisite:
Students need to be at least 17 years of age as of the 1 January of the current year.

Subjects prerequisite: Participants should have basic computer skills.
