Curtin University Sponsored Scholarships

Each year Curtin Business School awards a special scholarship to a leading student from the Diploma of Commerce: Curtin Stream program. This is an excellent opportunity to complete the remaining 2 years of Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University with tuition fees paid.

The scholarship winner is selected on the basis of academic merit and contribution to campus life at Canning College.

All Diploma of Commerce (Curtin Stream) students are eligible.

Students will be notified of the success of their application after the Canning College Diploma of Commerce Board of Examiners meeting in December. In certain circumstances students may be required to attend an interview as part of the selection process.

Other Awards

The Curtin Canning College Engineering International Bursary is available to international students enrolling at Curtin University of Technology in 2009 who have demonstrated a high level academic achievement in their studies at Canning College. This means the student must have obtained a TER (Tertiary Entrance Ranking) of 95 and above or equivalent in 2008.

One bursary, of $1,000 AUD per annum for the normal duration fo the degree, will be awarded in each of the following:

Chemical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Software Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

Applicants must be undertaking first year of an undergraduate degree in Engineering. Click here for further information.
