Students completing the
Diploma of Commerce gain advance standing into the
second year of the Bachelor of Commerce course at
Curtin University of Technology.
Requirements
|
To complete
the equivalent of the first year of the
Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University of
Technology, students must:

Complete at least 8
academic units with a total value of
200 points. |
|
● |
|
Obtain a minimum score of 50% for
each subject |
|
|
|
|
|
Note |
Students who do not achieve 50% on
their first attempt may be offered a
Supplementary Examination if close
to the pass mark. If not offered a
Supplementary Examination, they may
repeat the unit during Summer
School. |

|
|
Students who have not passed eight
units after two semesters of study
and who have made satisfactory
progress may enrol in second year
University extension units in the
Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin while
completing the Diploma of Commerce. |
